Pro-Life Outreach
Youth Apostles is pro-life and seeks to inspire young people to play a role in building the Culture of Life.
The community leads or sponsors a number of activities that encourage the young to get involved on behalf of the unborn–and the women who courageously carry them. These include:
Annual pro-life poster and essay contests for high school and junior high students to provide youth with an opportunity to express themselves and think about why they believe what they do. In Spring 2021, Youth Apostles expanded the pro-life poster contest that had been held every year since 1999 to include additional media; the new multimedia contest offered an opportunity to submit pro-life posters, memes, powerpoint presentations, and spoken word entries.
Organizing and accompanying youth and campus ministry groups who participate in the annual March for Life.
Presenting talks on life issues during youth group meetings, retreats and workshops.
Facilitating relationships with God that emphasize the Lord’s love for each one of us.
Charitable drives that gave youth opportunities to support expectant mothers in need by collecting donations of supplies and through prayer and messages of support.
Submissions are open for the 6th Annual
Pro-Life Multimedia Contest!
Interested in participating?
The Youth Apostles 6th annual pro-life multimedia contest includes pro-life expression in five forms to provide a means by which young people may express their pro-life beliefs and values.
We also hope to support the pro-life values they have been taught in school and at home, and that have been presented to them in youth ministry programs and communities. This gives young people a way to give those values voice through spoken and written word, art, and creativity.
